Chef Zak Fugazy of Plainfield, VT is the culinary mind behind Haybarn Restaurant & Lounge, where he crafts imaginative menus inspired by local farms, global flavors, and seasonal ingredients. With a background spanning Bon Temps Gourmet and the Highland Center for the Arts, he brings creativity and adaptability to every dish.

SOUS CHEF

We are looking for a full time, creative, experienced chef that is able to run the line on their own and have fun in meal creation. Must be able to work Saturdays.​​

SERVERS

We are looking for both full time and part time servers to join our staff. Shifts will vary depending on the events schedule.

LINE COOKS

We are looking for both full time and part time line cooks to join our staff. Shifts will vary depending on the events schedule, but must be able to work one or two weekend days.
